DO I PAY A DELIVERY FEE?

Yes, due to rising cost we now charge $15 per delivery around Rarotonga.  For Pa Enua, please contact us for your delivery fee to airport or wharf. Freight cost will be on charged at HPM, Air Raro and local shipping company standard rates. 

There is a fee of $35 for bulky, heavy items that requires 2 people to deliver.

Otherwise we can compile your order ready for collection from our shop.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival to you, Paradise Supplies will replace the item at our cost provided that you notify us within 24 hours.  Failure to do so will warrant in the Customer taking full responsibility for the product.

If you would like to return an item in perfect condition, for example if it was ordered in error or you have changed your mind, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

IS THERE WARRANTY ON YOUR APPLIANCES?

Yes, there is a 3 months warranty on all our appliances starting on the day of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to claim your warranty.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP WHERE I CAN VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes our shop is located on the main road Panama next to CI Steel. We open Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12pm. Close on Public Holidays.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?

Yes all prices are inclusive of VAT.

CAN YOU SOURCE ITEMS FOR ME?

We are always happy to look at expanding our range.  If you wish us to bring in specific supplies for your business please talk to us, there may be a minimum quantity on items specific for your business.
