Combination Oven Cleaner

A specialist cleaner for combination ovens that releases and suspends a variety of difficult heavy soiling including grease, oils and burnt on carbon deposits.

Only for use on stainless steel. Not to be used on aluminium and mild steel.

Ideal for combi-ovens, standard ovens, grills, hoods and fryers.

DIRECTIONS Manual Cleaning: Heat oven to 70°C on “Convention” program. Spray chamber along with shelves and trays.

Close door. Operate for 10 mins with auto steaming (100°C). Switch off. Rinse out chamber and other cleaned parts and rear of air-intake plate and drain opening.

Spray approx 20ml into steam opening (near cooking chamber light) as required, and rinse. Repeat for heavy soiling.

Leave door slightly open after cleaning.

Convection Oven: Set uptake tube through lid with enough length to reach bottom of container. Auto-doses to machine.
